Jessica Biel was spotted out in public on Tuesday for the first time after her husband Justin Timberlake’s arrest for a DWI in New York on Monday night.
The 42-year-old actress was pictured as she filmed scenes for her upcoming Amazon series The Better sister in New York City.
Biel looked tense and muted while standing around on set between takes.
The set wasn’t far from Sag Harbor, the village in the Hamptons where her 43-year-old husband was taken into custody by police after refusing to take a breathalyzer.
Timberlake was pulled over shortly after midnight after he ran a stop sign. Police reportedly followed him and observed his vehicle swerving across the road, leading them to pull him over.

Anyone hoping to see the display at his Chicago shows will have to be prepared to dish out major cash, as it will be difficult to find any cheap tickets.
According to the ticket resale site Gametime, the cheapest tickets for the first Chicago show are going for $81, which includes fees and taxes.
That’s in line with major arena and stadium tour prices, but anyone hoping to score prime seats will likely have major sticker shock.
According to the reseller, the top tickets are selling for a whopping $5,897 per ticket.
TMZ added that its sources couldn’t confirm if the Cry Me A River singer was still planning on doing his following New York City shows.
He is scheduled to perform at the iconic Madison Square Garden on June 25 and 26, ahead of more shows throughout the Northeast.
